This old prank was probably first tried on model-T Fords. Lever off a hubcap. Place four or five steel ball bearings into it. Replace the hubcap. When the car is driven, the wheel makes a rattling sound until centrifugal force holds the marbles at the rim. The startled driver will hear a noise like nails rattling in a rusty can when stopping or starting the car. A real belly-splitter, eh?
